Gee...there's a day for everything

Just a little information that sort of creeps me out. While I suffer from "brain fog" on most days, I'm having some trouble sorting this one out. Questions -- 1) who exactly are these experts and is this really what they focus on? 2) "World Toilet Day"? "World Toilet Summit?" How about a "World Must Be Bored Day" so let's meet and brainstorm at a "World Boredom Summit"? 3) Here's a collection. Still creeps me out.
